Vote this year from the bottom up

This year, I ask you to vote from the bottom up. I ask you, when casting your ballot, to select your local and state candidates before the rest, because we will make the biggest difference for you. Though we pay much more attention to the races for our senators and presidents, it's our state senators and representatives that get more done. At the state level, legislation moves faster, and is more likely to pass than bills in Congress, making your neighbors running for office the most important people on the ticket.

As members of your community, your candidates for local and state offices are the most devoted to solving the issues that impact your home, and the most receptive to your concerns as a constituent. We're out walking door to door, talking to as many residents as possible, because we want to hear from you. We don't have Super PACs, we don't have big contributors, and we don't want them anyway; our support comes from you. We depend on the involvement of our friends and neighbors.

Can we count on your support?
